required.

No Annual or Monthly Fee Purchase Plans

Our one-time purchase plans do not require monthly or annual fees.  They include the outright purchases of the digital
player and/or the custom recordings.  After the initial purchase and service fulfillment, additional custom recordings are
available at a reduced rate and paid for only when you request service.  

Optional Annual Plan

We offer an Annual Program with that includes 4 custom recordings each year, and includes the purchase (not a lease
or rental) of a digital player.  Subsequent annual renewals are optional, and can be cancelled at any time.  

Unlimited Time Period

Updated recordings purchased as part of a Custom Package do not need to be used during any specified time period
(i.e. 6, 12 or 18 months, etc).  We will periodically contact you with reminders of unused recordings.  Clients electing to
use our optional annual plan may "rollover" any unused recordings each year.

Royalty-Free Recordings

All recording contents (music and voice provided by HoldUSA) are licensed to the purchaser for a lifetime of use.

Non-proprietary Equipment

Unlike some other on hold companies, the standard digital player provided by HoldUSA  does not require any special
software or process that would limit your options in obtaining or using other audio services.

Free Equipment Replacement

For three years from the date of purchase, HoldUSA will replace any non-functioning digital player, at no charge to the
client, with a similar digital player.  This warranty is in addition to the manufacturer's three year parts and labor warranty.

SatisfactionGuaranteed

HoldUSA will provide a 100% refund to any client not satisfied with our service if we are notified within 30 days of receipt
of the first recording.
