Scriptwriting

The starting point to a successful telephone messages on hold program is the writing of the script.    A member of our
staff will work directly with you or someone in your company to develop a script for your telephone on hold messages.  
We’ll learn about your business and the products and services you offer to your customers and then prepare a draft

You can use our online
ScriptAssist tool to provide us with information about our business. Once our scriptwriter has
written your script, we review it with you and make any necessary changes.  We do not have scripts voiced or mixed with
music until you have approved the messages.

Voicing

The use of a professional voice announcer will make your messages sound great and enhance your business’s
image to your callers. We offer numerous voice styles which you can preview via our
website, an audio CD, or over the
telephone.  Once you select your voice announcer, we then have your approved script recorded by the voice
announcer.        

Music and Mixing

As in the selection of the voice announcer, you can preview the music we have on our website, by audio cd, or over the
telephone.  We have many different tracks in a variety of musical categories.  Once you tell us your music preference,
we then mix the messages with the music to create the final recording.

Equipment and Installation

In order to hear the telephone messages on hold on your telephone hold lines,  you’ll need equipment that will play the
recording without moving parts that can wear out or impact the sound quality.  All our packages come with a
digital on
hold system specially designed for telephone messages on hold.  For businesses that already have a music source
connected to their telephone system, such as a radio or CD player , connecting the equipment is easy.   If you are
unsure as to the connection of the equipment, you’ll need to contact your telephone vendor to assist you with the
installation.   

For phone systems without the music on hold capability (just multi-line phones), we provide detailed instructions and
will provide telephone support to help you install the unit.
